Jaws Poster Gallery 2: The Revival Screenings

For Jaws Month 2016 here at the Monolith, I thought it might be fun to display some posters that were used for various revival screenings and festivals celebrating Jaws around the globe (well, at least in the US, UK, and Canada). I’ve picked what I consider the best and most interesting of what’s on-line, plus a bonus ‘surprise’ poster at the end. And yes, if I had my way and tons of money, I would’ve attended ALL of these screenings!

Wow! Nice collection! Tough to pick a favorite. I’m partial to Peoria and LA for obvious reasons. I’m sure each of these were masterfully tweaked and the end result is great! Happy swimming Todd! 🙂

Not much tweaking this time around…just adjusted the sizes so they weren’t so gigantic on the page! I do have a few favorites in the bunch (the Colonial Theatre, the Peoria one for its sharp simplicity), but if I had to hang one on my wall, I think I’d go with the one for the Tempe Cinemas…I just think it has a neat look. And trust me, I won’t be doing any swimming (with or without bow-legged women!) unless it’s in a shark-free pool.
